01
The programme specification separates academic, contracting, travel and group-leader responsibilities.
Participant briefings cover conduct, communication, site rules and practical needs.
Confirmed transport, accommodation and emergency contacts are coordinated with contracted providers.
Reporting and escalation paths are agreed for the actual group and itinerary.
Only necessary information is collected through appropriate channels; the public proposal form excludes passports and health data.
02
The public launch focuses on 18+ institutional groups. Programmes for ages 16–17 are discussed institution to institution and are not offered until supervision ratios, consent, accommodation, insurance and safeguarding responsibilities are agreed.
03
Provider names, insurance evidence, emergency procedures, accessibility support, dietary arrangements and site-specific rules belong in the final programme documentation, not in generic marketing claims.
