Yes. Custom institutional groups can propose dates throughout the year. Feasibility depends on the academic calendar, travel pattern, provider availability and access to candidate field-study organisations.

Group size is agreed case by case. The proposal form uses planning ranges so we can assess teaching format, transport and cost assumptions before exact participant numbers are known.

Not for custom groups. Pricing depends on dates, participant numbers, cities, accommodation, teaching and confirmed visits. A proposal explains assumptions and is not binding until contract and scope are agreed.

No. Organisations, factories and facilities are candidate resources until written confirmation. We design visit themes around learning outcomes and propose alternatives when access is unavailable.

The issuer, wording, completion conditions and logo use are confirmed in the final programme specification. The website does not promise university credit, accreditation or a particular certificate issuer.

The current public offer is for institutional groups. Individual booking will appear only on a confirmed Open Cohort page with dates, eligibility, price, terms and a WeTravel payment route.

Visa requirements depend on nationality and circumstances. We can provide confirmed programme documentation within the agreed scope, but decisions and processing times remain with the relevant authorities.

The agreed contract determines the payment route. WeTravel may be used for suitable international payments; approved institutional alternatives may be invoiced by Oxbridge International Education Limited. This site does not process card data.

Ages 16–17 are considered only through an institution and after safeguarding, supervision, consent, accommodation, insurance and data responsibilities are agreed. They are not currently offered as public individual cohorts.
