Design around objectives
Duration alone does not determine the route. Learning objectives, travel windows and the pace suitable for the group should guide the programme. Not every programme visits every city.
Confirm the detail
Ask for a dated written proposal that explains the final schedule, responsibilities, inclusions and exclusions. Candidate learning resources remain subject to confirmation.
