What determines the fee?
Cohort size, duration, route, accommodation requirements, facilitation, access and other agreed inclusions inform the quote. No universal per-person price is published.
What determines availability?
Your preferred period, academic calendar, contributor availability and the proposed visits. Submit your dates early so feasibility can be reviewed.
What should the institution review?
Check included and excluded services, payment stages, cancellation terms, supplier dependencies and confirmation status before accepting a proposal.
